For K-12 IT departments
Milo answers the tickets your team answers every day — Wi-Fi, printing, projectors, MFA — so your IT staff spend their time on the projects that actually need them.

A teacher can't print five minutes before class. The Wi-Fi drops. A projector or doc cam goes dark. Each one is a fix your team has done a hundred times — but the teacher still waits, and someone still walks over. Every repeat fix is time not spent on the projects that actually need it.
What Milo does today
Milo is a browser-based chat assistant your staff sign into with the same Google Workspace account they already use. It greets each person by name, walks them through a fix one step at a time, and speaks your district's own procedures — because your IT team taught it every recurring issue, through a knowledge base they can edit themselves at any time.

Where it's headed
Today — live now
A chat assistant your staff can use right now in any browser: Google Workspace sign-in, real-time streaming answers, an IT-editable knowledge base, and full audit logging, with each district's data structurally isolated from every other district's.
Roadmap — not yet built
An installed device agent that can carry out approved fixes directly — device-level checks and routine repairs, always limited to actions your IT team has explicitly pre-approved. This is our next phase, and it isn't available yet.
We'll always be direct about what's shipped versus what's ahead.
